Burgundy and blush is one of the most beloved color palettes for fall and winter weddings. These two colors contrast and look bold together: bold, bold shades of burgundy/marsala go perfectly with a fall or winter wedding theme, and blush adds sophistication and sweetness to the decor. To inspire you, we have collected 8 different wedding color palettes with burgundy and rose red. Enjoy!
This simple gold accessory elevates the look by making it a little more mature and dramatic. It’s also a great color to add as it’s so easy to match…from outfits to bedding to cake invitations, a little gold accent will go a long way!

Adding navy blue to blush and burgundy helps balance the feminine and masculine sides of the palette. It’s a great neutral color that goes well with clothes, linens and invitations. Navy Blue is the new black and it will be here!
Adding greenery (and lots of it) not only saves you money on your flower bill, but really helps your special color shine. And a floral or green themed invitation can be perfect for this time of year, so go green girl!
If these two colors alone have satisfied you, don’t feel like you need to add more to your theme! The color of the room, the men’s clothing, the cake, etc. it doesn’t (and probably won’t and shouldn’t) combine these two colors perfectly, so feel free to try to make things harmonious…it’s a good match anyway More interesting from an intuitive point of view on this one way!

Gray is a great neutral to pair with blush and burgundy because it really helps those two colors shine AND it’s also very forgiving if you have lots of shades of gray too! It feels lighter than black and softens the overall look of your wedding, which is always a win-win.
If you really want the blush and burgundy to stand out, go for ivory to let those pink beauties shine brightly. It’s much warmer than white, so it’s perfect for fall and winter, easy to mix and match, and still beautiful.
Brown is all the rage and no wonder… when the autumn leaves start to fall and the logs start tossing into the fire, this natural color makes you long to snuggle up and get cozy. And pairing brown with blush and burgundy gives you that warm and fuzzy feeling we all love this wonderful time of year, so here’s an unexpected twist. and I appreciate it!

Remember the Lasting Connection Dramatic yet feminine, this burgundy and burgundy wedding is pure romance. And speaking of romance… after a scavenger hunt planned by the groom leads to a tearful proposal to his bride-to-be, there’s no doubt that Chelsea and Jason’s wedding will be. only that! Their gala was filled with candlelight, gorgeous flowers from the Community Flower Shop and elegant gold details. The successful color combination of rich burgundy paired with pastel pink and bush rose creates a sophisticated yet eye-catching backdrop for the day and is incorporated into everything from flowers to bedding, bedding to bridesmaid dresses. The team at Eventeeers did the hire and decorating to perfection, making the ballroom look like something straight out of a fairytale! The two shared their first dance under one of the most beautiful chandeliers, complete with glittery green garland (…a serious show stopper!) and partied the night away with music, music by DJ Tooth. Our hearts are definitely racing, so get ready to swoon over these images taken by Jenni Grace Photography!
We learned early on that this was the real deal and got engaged after only 10 months of dating! Our lives have taken many paths before that never actually met. Jason’s childhood friend married a college classmate of mine. He has regular appointments for the medical school in the same building where I got my first job as a PA. Years later we actually met on a dating app called Coffee Meets Bagel! Our first date was at Shady Grove, then Millie’s Ice Cream!
Jason organized an amazing scavenger hunt around Pittsburgh at our favorite hangout spots. There are stops at Point State Park, Arsenal Lanes, Round Corner Cantina, Mount Washington, Aspinwall Baseball Fields and Mellon Park. The clue eventually led to a marriage proposal along a wooded creek in Aspinwall. There were many happy tears and I can’t tell you what she said, but it was truly one of the happiest moments of our lives. After that, our family was waiting for us at Atria’s!
Romantic Burgundy & Blush Wedding Inspiration
Our wedding theme is modern romance. Our colors are deep red, dusty pink, ivory and gold with lots of candles! There are so many details to love. We love the floral chandeliers and the candlelit ballroom. The cake died. The wedding would not have been complete without the wonderful biscuit table that my Italian mother Julie perfectly organized.
It was so special to start the day getting ready at home with my best friends and my mom, drinking coffee, mimosas and listening to music. The days went by, but I will never forget walking down the aisle with my dad next to Jason, exchanging vows and our first dance as husband and wife!

Burgundy or Marsala colors are great to emphasize that it is the cold season, and blush adds flair and sweetness to the decor. Choose beautiful roses and add marsala dots here and there. Yellow and white can also be added to the scheme as they will look great together.
