Christmas Table Decorating Ideas For Holiday Cheer
Happy Holidays! I love this time of year when friends and family get together to celebrate the season, and usually with food! I find myself setting many Christmas tables this time of year and I am always challenged when I have to make a centerpiece for a long table.
Fortunately, I found an easy solution that only takes a few minutes to do and works with any color scheme or location setting!
This beautiful fresh pine centerpiece is perfect for long tables because it can be custom-made and is low enough not to block your guests’ view.

To create this look, I started with a plain white tablecloth, then placed a layer of fresh pine branches in the center of the table. I cut the ones that were too wide and made sure the ends were tucked in.
For this table, I wanted to continue the tartan plaid theme in my home’s Christmas decorations, so I placed 12-inch strips of ribbon on the pine branches throughout the centerpiece. This is the same technique I use to tie ribbons to Christmas trees. You can see these details by clicking here.
Once the tape was in place, I added coppery greenery and sprinkled matte pine cones and glitter embellishments on the pine pathway.
