Christmas Tree Table Decor – Everyone seems to be enjoying decorating for Christmas this year, and I’m no exception! I made my decorating plans and double checked. However, I find that the coffee table sometimes takes a back seat to the decorative rail. I love the Magnolia “Chip and Jo” case with its weathered texture. Carved Christmas trees and mixed fruit are perfect in their simplicity.
Keeping Jennifer’s key points in mind, I did the same basic thing with the things I had (or made). Then I topped it off with a few more home decor accents for a complete coffee table look.
For my coffee table, I decided to create three heads, more busy than usual. (I think I’m feeling “over-the-top” in the Christmas spirit this year.)

My overall theme for the coffee table was a rustic/woodland vibe, so I incorporated a lot of natural elements into my display. Let’s look at each of them with the decoration idea that I had in mind.

What I love about cloche domes is that they invite visitors to see them up close. It’s an event within an event.

In the spirit of this month’s challenge, I wanted to incorporate a crate decorated for Christmas into my vignette. In the previous edition, I talked about how to decorate the table trays that complement the groups.
This wooden box was a gift from my mother-in-law to my husband. I love the grooves and shape of this box and the simple latch on the front.
Tip: Fill the box or crate lightly with wrapping paper, newspaper or raffia to add height and stability.

After filling the box in the middle, I arranged a real cedar wreath with my wooden logs.
Tip: Add green accents to make your table fun, and mix real and fake trunks.
I named a new wooden tree this year in a group my husband made. Some are bought in the store. Can you guess who it is in the picture above?

To finish off the centerpiece, I added a few pine sticks, toasted berries and pine cones. Fast and easy!
You will notice, to draw attention to the display, I made sure that the trees stood higher than the other accents of the coffee table. I repeated the same berry sticks on my Christmas tree in the background.
I often find that adding a small decorative piece to the coffee table makes the room feel cozy and welcoming. My deer drawing made my wood carving finally complete.

The red decor and books also brought a little pop of color to the space. The coffee table always feels full of articles that you can enjoy.
At the bottom of the entire coffee table display was a redesigned Christmas table runner. This helped to break the wooden patterns and complement the neutral sofas, bringing the whole piece together with the living room.

Absolutely Gorgeous Christmas Table Decor And Setting Ideas
This year, I had this plan to host a Christmas party for all my girlfriends, but they ended up choosing to stay the night 😂😂.
That didn’t stop me from creating this pink Christmas table. Especially since I already had everything I needed, it was just a matter of setting the table! You can see my classic and simple Christmas table ideas here.
For the centerpiece of the Christmas table I placed my entire bottle brush tree and my mini feather wreath in the center of my table.

To create a pink Christmas table, I added a few gingerbread houses around my trees. I added mini star string lights around the trees and sprinkled the table with small decorations.
Instead of napkin rings, I used ribbons to tie the napkins. To bring in the red of Christmas, I put Christmas candies and sweets in beautiful milk jugs. Mini gingerbread cookies from Trader Joe’s give the table a fun look.
When I first created this table, I used loads of my gold beads, but decided to go with these white ones. They remind me of snowflakes.

I’ve also brought my white Christmas tree into the dining room to make the perfect centerpiece for a Christmas Wonderland table. I know, don’t judge :).

I love how I can set this simple Christmas table with all the decorations I already have in my house. Re-planning and re-purposing is what I do for a living! Happy holidays! I love this time of year when friends and family get together to celebrate the season, and there’s usually food involved! I find myself setting a lot of Christmas tables this time of year, and I’m always challenged when it comes to creating a centerpiece for a long table.
Luckily, I found a simple solution that takes just minutes to make and works with any color scheme or space settings!

This beautiful center of new pine works well for a long table because it can be made up to the required time, but it is low and does not obstruct the view of the guests.
To create this look, I started with a simple white tablecloth and spread a bed of fresh pine branches in the middle of the table. I cut off all the pieces that were too wide and made sure the ends were tucked in.
For this table, I wanted to continue the tartan plaid theme from the Christmas decorations in my family room, so I added 12″ ribbons to the pine branches down the entire length of the center. This is the same method I use to put ribbon on my Christmas trees. You can see that information by clicking HERE.

After I had the tape in place, I added painted copper green and sprayed frosted pine cones and glitter decorations on the pine runner.
The final touch was the addition of six brass candlesticks with white candles. It happened! It’s so easy to make this long table centerpiece in minutes!
When I finished the centerpiece, I also wanted to add a little pop of tartan plaid, so I put a piece of ribbon on each side of the table and let it run down the edge. A simple V-cut is finished at the end
