Happy Holidays! I love this time of year when friends and family get together to celebrate the season together, and that usually includes food! I find myself setting a lot of Christmas tables this time of year, and I always have challenges when I have to make a centerpiece for a long table.

Fortunately, I found an easy solution that only takes a few minutes to create and works with any color scheme or placement setting!

This beautiful and fresh pine centerpiece works perfectly for a high table because it can be made as high as needed and still low, and it doesn’t obstruct guests’ views.

To create this look, I started with a simple white tablecloth and then placed a bed of fresh pine branches in the center of the table. I trimmed off the pieces that were too wide and made sure the ends were tucked in.

For this table, I wanted to continue the plaid theme of the Christmas decorations in my family room, so I tucked 12 strips of ribbon into pine branches all the way down the center. After applying the tape, I added copper painted greenery and then sprinkled frosted pine cones and glittery decorations on the pine runner.

The final touch was the addition of six copper candle holders with white taper candles. And that was it! It’s so easy to make this centerpiece on a long table in just minutes!

Diy Budget Friendly Centerpieces For Christmas Tables

Once I completed the centerpiece, I still wanted to add a little more to the plaid accent, so I attached a piece of ribbon to each side of the table and hung it over the edge. A simple V-cut removed the end of the tape.

This easy ribbon accent was the perfect addition to the table and made a lovely base for silverware.

I used the shiny copper charger as my replacement, attaching the base with light blue and white embossed plates on top. I added a square of dark blue napkin to the salad plate and placed a piece of copper greenery, tied with a wire garland at each place.
