When it comes to the holidays, I reuse a lot of decorations from previous years, usually in different ways. I add to my collection when I need to. I got some amazing new ones this year!! Are you all ready??

In today’s post I will show you my entryway – a console table and bench. Please note, you can use these decorations at home. For example, last year I used bats on my stove. If you’re interested in how it looks, check it out here.

For the bench area, I threw a nut with a black plaid blanket and buffalo check cushions – all great deals! You know I want a good time when you walk into my house. 😉 I paired them with icing sugar and Frankenstein. Then I presented my new Edgar Allan Poe quote ($20) and a boo sign. All of these things are giving me the major busy farmhouse vibe, and here I am!! In the end, I decided to use my black paper BATS on the entryway mirror. First, I took a small piece of white spider web and stretched it from one corner of my bench to the opposite side of the round mirror. I secured it with good ole packing tape. Starting at the bottom edge of the wall and working my way up, I began to prepare my skins. I used packing tape to hold it in place. Since they are paper, you don’t need anything strong. I’m so excited about how it turned out for me! Bats are very affordable ($6.99 for a set) and are a great way to decorate your home for Halloween.

Next, I’ll fix my console table. This is probably my favorite arrangement of all the years I’ve decorated! I am obsessed with the all black theme, farmhouse signs ($30), metallic candlesticks ($29), vintage books ($10), velvet skulls ($5) and black pumpkins ($3)!! Some new and some old stuff. I added black gauze or webbing to each tier to hold my jewelry. It adds a little texture and really completes the space!
