Beginning with a fun table setting, the author shares advice (and great photo examples) on how to choose and combine place settings, table settings, linens, glasses, lighting and, of course, flowers. of the party. Formal (like a French country style wedding) or casual. I love the rules you share about making guests feel more comfortable with substandard software and frequent use of software.
With 224 pages of imaginative illustrations and valuable tips, Courtney sets the scene for an exciting adventure you can easily repeat. While I love books (for example, tips on finding beautiful vintage pieces for French table settings), my favorite thing is flowers! No French country party is complete without a stunning and inspiring floral arrangement, and Courtney’s book has plenty of these inspirations. In fact, many of the French tablescapes in the book were inspired by the flowers she chose for the centerpieces. Besides the many beautiful centerpieces in the book, there is an entire chapter on French flower arrangements. The author offers advice on color palettes, how to find the best deals on high-quality flowers, a list of key flower types for French-inspired floral arrangements, and simple tips on how to assemble a bouquet.
This book has plenty of inspiration for parties of all sizes or for your own farmhouse chic home decor. The image above is from the book’s chapter on home entertainment. The author shares how a little imagination can turn an ordinary meadow in your yard into a beautiful landscape for a party or dinner with friends, and the author shares how to collect wildflowers by placing lamps, cushions, decking, or reclaimed wood planks. And a candle for a simple centerpiece. Colors can also be customized. So before you start decorating, think about what color scheme to use. My colors were inspired by those beautiful blue and yellow lights. I can’t find those clear lanterns anymore, but any paper lantern will work.
Next I bought the paper straws and tissue paper that I use to make the tissue pumps. This was my first time making these pom poms and they were so much fun! I have a feeling this won’t be the last time I use them.

To make this rustic bottle sign, save the card stock. Cut the label by hand or with a circular saw.
Next, cut the bottles and secure them with tape. Cover the lid with a layer of washi tape, then attach the label with double-sided tape.
Tip: If you can’t find wide-wash tape in a color you like, use several rows of thin tape to get the same effect.

If you have a long arm, stick it to the invitation and you’re done. Or, use Easy Brochure Stitch (follow directions) like I did.
