One of my first bedrooms is our dining room. It is a gathering place for our large family of 8 and expands when we have guests. I envision this room to look so chic, inviting and classy.

And speaking of light, make sure to use natural light when we eat during the day. These translucent window panels allow plenty of light to enter the room while dressing the windows in a classic soft look.

The best investment I made was the 16 in my beloved Corelle Winter Frost White Dinnerware Set. Corelle is lightweight and shatter and foam resistant. This way the kids can help set the table and load the dishwasher without worry.

A little greening just adds life expectancy. While I would love to have fresh flowers on my table every week, it’s just not going to happen. A simple vase of faux greenery makes the dining room feel fresh and cheerful. I love this set of faux white ceramic decorative vases. Just add some leaves and what an effect it makes.
