Before you decorate your Christmas candle holder, prepare your glasses. This step is important if you want paint or Mod Podge to stick. Wash thoroughly with warm soapy water to remove dirt, grime and oil from fingers. You can also use rubbing alcohol and cotton balls to do the same. Allow your glass to dry before crafting.
