Images Of Orange And Blue Table Decorations – Today is my son’s second birthday! We spent last weekend with a little backyard party with family and friends. I didn’t actually make any new recipes for her party, but I thought I’d share the party details with you all anyway.
I’ve never been a big fan of licensee themed parties, but my little boy didn’t have a favorite activity yet (now it’s… monster trucks), so I decided on a colorful theme. I found a cute tablescape picture of an orange/blue Easter table on another blog and fell in love with it. So everything at our party was orange and blue…even down to the fruit (oranges and blueberries).

I went to our local candy store and had good luck with blue and orange gumballs, M&M’s, rock candy and sugar. The most beautiful spring flowers were on sale in the craft shop. It was beautiful on the table. The goodie bags were filled with a variety of orange and blue treats (bubbles, mini frisbees, whistles, glow sticks, blue candy bars, etc.). The cupcakes were simply chocolate with coordinating colored frosting. Easy!

And finally, the adorable shirt I made for my little man tied it all together. For cutting, I used my Silohuet fabric, which I ironed onto double-sided iron paper (I don’t remember what it’s called). When I ironed the fabric, I used blue paint to outline the orange fabric. Very sweet!
I hope you’ll be inspired to break away from the pre-packaged licensed characters and create your own birthday theme! Trust me…it’s very helpful!
Thanks to my friend Kristin from Lil’ Luna – all the best for helping out with the cupcakes and gift bags! I love creating a pumpkin tablescape every year and this year was completely different from what I had planned. Blue wasn’t part of my original plan, but when I was mixing and matching different ingredients to see how they would look together, I threw a blue plate into the mix to see how it would look. The result was a blue-orange pumpkin themed tablescape!

As soon as I saw the orange vs. blue, I knew I was going to change my original plan. I have a lot of blue decor in my home in Highland, Utah, and my fall decor colors had a lot of orange mixed in, so this worked perfectly and matched my fall decor.
When I set the table, I set it without the blue bowl. I liked it, but then I added the blue bowls to the table and immediately liked it more. You can see each version here. What is your favorite?
Here you see more orange and less blue. Anyway, I love the bright colors and how this tablescape came together.

You can decide how many plates you want to use and whether or not depending on what you are serving for dinner.
I started the blue and orange pumpkin-themed tablescape first with the table setting. I chose the teal blue charger and then switched between the blue and orange plate.
I wanted this pumpkin tablescape to be fun and informal, so I decided to use these paper coasters that come with the tablet. You tear them up one at a time and they are super cute and affordable!
Fall Tablescape Inspiration
I used a light blue cloth napkin with these fall leaf napkin rings and my everyday silver cutlery.
I placed two faux olive branch leaf wreaths on top of a long burlap placemat to create the centerpiece.
Then I layered faux fall colored leaf stems, blue and brown berry picks and faux sage picks on top of the two wreaths. Then I layered in some velvet pumpkins and placed the largest pumpkin in the center and the smaller pumpkins inside and around the wreath.

I’m always into the details, and adding simple things like matching salt and pepper shakers is a way to add that extra touch. I’m always on the lookout for a cute salt and pepper shaker. I think it’s safe to say that I collect them too! These cute copper and silver salt and pepper shakers go perfectly together.
Another finishing touch and detail I added was a pumpkin sign on the dining room wall. Under the sign I placed an orange metal box filled with the same green branches I used for the wreath and placed an old antique box on top.
The pumpkin symbol is from Teal Barn Symbols. I’ll link the icon and all the other items below.

The blue dishes are from Target a few years ago and discontinued, so I added some similar options. Orange foods belong to anthropology. This color is currently unavailable but may return later. Then the holiday season is upon us, and we’re kicking off the Thanksgiving feast with this elegant yet simple fall tablescape in blue and orange!
How To Create A Chic And Modern Thanksgiving Tablescape
This table style incorporates some of my favorite features of the season, warm tones and organic elements complemented by a rich blue to create a beautiful table that is both cozy and inviting.
When it comes to the holidays, I try to make my party menus as simple and stress-free as possible!
That’s why I like to start the season’s festivities with a baking board and wine spread that is easy to put together and requires no cooking. It’s a super fun, easy, and trendy way to entertain family and friends at Thanksgiving or any other celebration!
Orange Crush: Beautiful Wedding Décor
For this occasion, I wanted to put some serious wine within my reach, so I turned to Decoy for their classic and elegant wines that are so effortless and delicious.
Finding the perfect pairing for any holiday occasion is so easy with Decoy’s delicious wines! 😍
With my Thanksgiving charcuterie and cheese boards, I served a 2016 Decoy Sonoma County Chardonnay and a 2016 Decoy Sonoma County Pinot Noir.
A Blue And White Tablescape For Fall
Decoy Chardonnay has layers of apricot, citrus and summer melon with a hint of fresh honeysuckle and pairs beautifully with pumpkin, camembert, dried fruit and nuts.
Their Pinot Noir is very versatile with aromas of ripe strawberries, cherries and plums with subtle hints of cloves and cloves and pairs well with pastries, cold cuts, goat cheese, blue cheese and figs.
To set up the charcuterie and cheese board, I chose cheeses and cured meats that went well with my chosen wine, and then added a few extras like cherry preserves, crackers, honey, and fresh fruit to cleanse our palates and further enhance our wine pairings. interesting. !
Prettiest Wedding Tables
To arrange the charcuterie and cheese board itself, I layered everything from my garden on top of fig leaves to add visual interest and another textural, organic element to my board.
The floral centerpiece is simply a vase filled with seasonal orange, white and burgundy flowers to match our fall color palette. A few sprigs of eucalyptus from my garden completed the arrangement, and a few mini pumpkins scattered around the table helped add a decorative element.
With this fall tablescape, I kept things simple yet elegant with a pastel blue table stand over a classic white tablecloth.
Wedding Table Decorations, Styling And Inspiration
Each place setting was layered with natural hyacinth chargers, white and teal plates and royal linen napkins.
White plates are great to have on hand in all seasons. They literally provide a blank canvas for food to shine and can be reinvented with colorful accent plates and linens for any occasion.
My starter plates have just the right shade of blue and a sophisticated polka dot design, which brings earthiness and autumn charm to the table.
Orange Wedding Ideas For Couples Who Love Color
White and gold cutlery added a touch of grandeur, and small wooden cutting boards in the form of bread plates added warmth and originality to the interior.
To complete the look I added regal water glasses, classic white corks to showcase the wine to perfection, white painted pumpkins and floral printable name cards that I designed for each place setting.
I always like to send my guests home a little something from any party I throw, especially Thanksgiving! Finally, it’s the perfect time to tell friends and family that we’re so grateful to have them in our lives.
