Mint And Coral Table Decor – Michelle and Jon’s coral, mint and rose gold wedding was a celebration of vibrant and colorful backyards. Her day was filled with geometric wedding table decorations in rose gold, octagon gold party favors and green hoop seating arrangements. And love. Lots of love!
Plus, it didn’t hurt that Michelle was a wedding florist herself, so the amazing flowers made this wedding even more dreamy! Photographer Caitlin Gilbert Photography spent the day with the couple, capturing these beautiful images.

“We wanted our wedding to reflect the feelings and tones of summer – lively and heartfelt, while still maintaining a level of formality,” says Michelle. Our main colors were green, white and gold. However, we chose to match the colors of the flowers and the bridesmaids dresses which added orange and coral to the mix. We did a lot of DIY things like geometric backdrops, tables, table numbers, favors, and seating charts.”

Love Story: We met in our first year of High School as friends but eventually lost touch. But, 6 years later we ended up meeting another mutual friend and that’s when it all started! We dated for 5 months before going to a lantern party, and 9 months later, we got married!
I am a wedding florist and I have my own business, so flowers have been a big part of bringing my vision to life. My color was a women’s floral dress. I wanted a summer vibe with lots of green and warm tones. I used Garden Roses, Tulips, and Ranunculus to name a few, as well as a variety of greenery. With the help of some friends and family, we designed all the flowers for the day itself. This included bouquets up to the loose green of the site at our coral, mint and rose gold wedding.
My wedding dress was an A-line dress with a sweetheart neckline and a little detail at the waist and my hair was styled in a messy bun. Although we had an outdoor wedding, we didn’t want to lose the routine that usually comes with a wedding. I wanted to simply look casual when it came to my makeup, hair and clothes.
A Mint And Coral Party
My wedding dresses were always sick. We ended up going with two girls in black and green chiffon dresses and the other two in floral print chiffon dresses. All the dresses had different cuts so each bride felt comfortable throughout the day and was able to pick one that she personally liked.
Jon was wearing light gray pants, a white shirt with a gray tie, brown pants, and brown shoes. The groom wore the same, except for a gray bow tie.
We wanted to keep the decor for our wedding ceremony simple as the area was already beautiful. We added some flowers to the entryway and greenery along the rows of chairs, and the Unity Candle table.
Serene Coral Combinations: Mint, Grey & Cream
Jon created a geometric floral gold wedding theme with a coral, mint and rose gold wedding theme that was simple enough that guests could see the eye behind it!
We didn’t make any first impressions so the first time we saw each other that day was me walking by. Jon’s face was so sweet and the pictures from that moment always melt my heart!
We wanted to keep the ceremony short and sweet and focus on serving each other. We said traditional vows, lit a unity candle, and washed our feet as a sign of service.

After the wedding ceremony, we created a space for the guests to the pool to have a cocktail hour. The coral, mint and gold wedding ceremony was held under a tent on the other side of the house.
Our wedding centerpieces include tall green centerpieces, low flower centerpieces, and candle centerpieces. Everyone around him had a rose gold glow along with a golden accent.
Our wedding party sat at King Arthur’s table so all the brides/grooms dates could sit with them. It was complete with green flowers in the middle, as well as jewelry and candles.

Jon and I shared a small cake that we shared just the two of us, and the guests enjoyed cupcakes. We bought large gold letter balloons that said LOVE and placed them behind the dessert table. Around 7:00 pm it started to rain! But we all dried up under the tent, dancing our hearts out. After a few hours of partying – we left with a spark of retirement!

This is a modified version of the blue party decorations I used for my oldest daughter’s birthday party 2 weeks before my second daughter’s party.
I added pink because my second daughter still loves pink and I asked her if she could have pink cookies. Since mint green and Tiffany blue look good with coral pink, I chose pink-purple.

The bull head from The Life Label House and Home, an online home decor store from India, was a great new addition to my home. As soon as the bull’s head arrived, he entered the decoration of the ceremony and was an important part of the decoration to change the mood of the color themes on both sides. Placing a pink coral cloth over the bull’s head added a touch of pink coral next to the mint green cloth.
I bought Gia Bath and Body soap, my favorite soap for girls, at the Lil Flea pop up market held at the end of October this year to use at the parties. Since I had a lot of them, instead of putting them in goody bags for scraps, I used them as party decorations. They looked beautiful and made the table look beautiful! Then, I put each goodie bag at the end of the party. I forgot to tell the girls that they are soap and not cupcakes, so I heard from several moms that their daughters asked if they could eat the “cupcakes” and had to be told they were soap! Don’t you think they look delicious? Their fragrance is also beautiful.
I’ve missed two birthday parties now. Planning two birthday parties in November has always been a chore to squeeze in (although I also enjoy the process) especially since they fall right at the start of the exciting holiday season and I tend to feel overwhelmed. This year, for the first time, however, I felt that it was not as stressful as in previous years. More experience in hospitality fields will definitely give you more confidence. Starting next year, I hope to scale back my daughters birthday party and do something smaller and more intimate. I don’t know about you, but with the cold weather outside, we can’t wait for spring to finally arrive. We dream of sunny days and blooming flowers inspired by today’s beautiful wedding colors: fresh mint greens, soft creams and pops of warm coral tones. This color would be perfect for a spring or summer wedding. So if you are thinking of a beautiful champagne colored wedding dress, beautiful peonies and delicious cakes and mojito cocktails, this is just the inspiration for you. All in all, have fun and enjoy watching this sweet, romantic, fresh encounter that will keep you warm when you’re outside in sub-zero temperatures.
