Red And White Table Decor – Happy summer! Here at Smart School House we are just starting to dive into summer. Many children have summer holidays, and we still have two weeks ahead. In the spirit of July 4th, we’ve decorated our backyard with red, white and blue table decorations on a budget!
We recently moved into a new home on the golf course and are enjoying our backyard more than ever. It’s so calm and fun at the same time! Our patio table has wood effect tiles and a white frame. If you know me, I

For our 4th of July centerpiece, I used a white box and flipped it upside down to fit the glass lantern. I added some lemons and freshly cut roses to the lamp. There is an embroidered hoop on the front, which I really like! Works in summer and looks great in winter. This embroidery hoop brings the perfect rustic charm to red, white and blue table decorations.

It would be fun to make them with these red, white and blue decorations. They are festive but easy to prepare. Check out another edition of Smart School House from July 4th:
The 4th of July jars have been holding paper straws on either side of our rustic summer centerpiece. Our red buffalo check napkins from Hobby Lobby, as well as black and white buffalo check napkins. I used red and white twine to tie the dishes to the napkins.
My favorite part of the red, white and blue decor is the cast iron pans. I think these little pans are fun to use as plates for summer meals like BBQ hot dogs and burgers. The dark color of the cast iron pans combined with the white eucalyptus vases create a great contrast. Add a beautiful wild flower on top and it will add a little softness to everything. Get romantic inspiration to decorate your reception with flowers like roses and peonies and flowers like burgundy and crimson.
Ideas For Setting A Stunning Table
For many, red is the highest color of love, which is why it is often chosen for weddings. Rich reds are bold and vibrant, making them ideal for strong color schemes. Meanwhile, pink is soft and muted, good for dreamy event designs. Whether it’s regal gemstone hues or vibrant, fiery palettes, red is incredibly versatile, which is another reason why it reigns supreme as a bridal favorite.
A great way to use red in your wedding is to include it in the centerpieces of your reception. Tons of flowers, fruits, and foliage are painted in different colors, and beautiful accents like candles and vases are stunningly painted red. Red arrangements are especially intense when placed over white linens, but your tables can be complemented with other bright or subtle colors. They also work well with metals such as silver and gold.
Before designing your own wedding decoration, take a look at these examples for inspiration. Red is featured in every decor option, with colors ranging from roses to peonies and hues from burgundy and berry to crimson and scarlet. We found floral arrangements from formal and casual weddings and centerpieces to modern, classic, rustic and more. There are options for any season, because red is not only suitable for winter or autumn. Check out the full review to find great ideas for decorating your own reception, each of which beautifully and uniquely combines the color of love.

Christmas for me is about sitting around the festive table with family and loved ones, enjoying our favorite Christmas dinner. I love creating tablescapes because we love creating those memories. I hope you’ve been inspired to spice up your holiday table this year! Read on for some of my favorite tips…
I started with a festive checkered tablecloth and completed it with wicker rattan coasters. I wanted to share a festive and fun, but not too ordinary Christmas table. Many of us have small children at home and want the holiday environment to be accessible and concise.
Plain white plates with gold rims were paired with red and white striped napkins. I love decorating the house with red during Christmas. I tied mini wreaths of boxwood on the chairs with a red ribbon and a ribbon. I use them throughout the season and change the ribbon if I want a different color scheme. They last year after year, so it’s a great investment!

A sprig of rosemary, placed in the center of each plate, will not only add a festive touch of greenery, but also fill the table with wonderful aroma. I love the smell of rosemary! Since it dries well, you can set it up in a few days. I also liked using seat cards with little bells.
Lately I seem like a broken record, but the lights are everything! Especially during the holidays, your table should create a festive atmosphere. Let your Christmas table decorations do double duty by filling the lights with candles and twinkling garlands. I used simple brass lamps that I usually have in my living room. They turned out beautiful! I also have a collection of glass coasters that I use throughout the year. I circled them around the location settings.
Simple flower arrangements in white and red are perfect for Christmas! I used white hydrangea and red roses in simple glass vases. I also added some decorative golden trees. I use them throughout the house before and after Christmas dinner.

As you can see, it really is! Christmas table decorations don’t have to be elaborate to be beautiful and festive.
Brass lamps with twinkling lights, beautiful red and white flowers and decorative tree touches did the trick! These ideas will work for any color scheme.
You can easily use all white flowers for a white winter wonderland theme. Or skip the flowers and add more holiday trees to the center of the table. Mix and match your favorite decor to create your favorite design!
