I prefer to use a real pumpkin, but if you don’t want the mess of cutting and chopping a real pumpkin, a fake works just as well.
Easy & Inexpensive Thanksgiving Table Decorations & Centerpieces
Modge podge crafts have become more popular over the years and can add a lot to any table setting.
All you need is some fall leaves and a mixing bowl! Wrap the bowl with some saran wrap and glue the leaves in layers. If you don’t have pages handy, make paper cutouts. See the full paper bowl tutorial here. Very easy and very cheap.

Our Favorite Thanksgiving Day Table Settings
All you have to do is cut the same shape in layers and then put them together. Allow the layer to dry, then ventilate while the glue dries. Place your pumpkin on the table and admire your festive creation.
Autumn is candle season! This is another fun way to use what you already have (paper) and some super cheap LED road lights.
I like to use heavy cardboard to help the magazines keep their shape, but it works if you reuse some magazine covers. Cut the layers and roll the petals. Then put them together and glue them in place. Check out my free tealight candlestick templates and tutorial for more information.
