Valentine Banquet Table Decorations

Valentine Banquet Table Decorations – Your good friend! It’s been a few months since my very talented friends Lori ( Too Have To Host ) and Holliday ( Home With Holliday ) have started sharing their posts with you on our Holiday Hosting at the Home Blog Hop series. Now that the Christmas decorations have been put away, we turn our attention to the upcoming Spring Break, starting with Valentine’s Day! This is one of my favorite holidays to celebrate. We all love to entertain at home and love to share it with you. We hope you enjoyed our seventh blog post full of Valentine’s Day inspiration and ideas.

Here’s what my friends are sharing, including some amazing Valentine’s Day inspiration. If you want to pin any of these images, go to the original post linked below each image. Either way, you’ll want to check out all of their posts, as each one is full of inspiration. I was thrilled to see both Lori and Holliday throw a “Galentine’s Day” party for their closest friends. Lori hosted lunch and Holliday hosted dinner. In a few days, I’ll be hosting a Galentine’s Day brunch with some of my favorite girls at a CrossFit gym in Utah, and I can’t wait to use some of their ideas at my party!

Lori hosts a Galentine’s luncheon for her closest friends, complete with a beautiful pink and white dining table and some delicious comfort food. She gifted each guest a custom bracelet and used it as a napkin ring! How cute is that? Instead of a traditional table runner, Lori bought a roll of wallpaper with inspirational quotes as a table runner. What a great idea! Click here to view the full post: Sweet Galentine’s Lunch

One of the characteristics of a good hostess is that she allows guests to help if they help. A good friend of Lori’s suggested making these cute heart cookies for dessert. Lori doesn’t like to bake, and she graciously accepted her friends’ offer to make these cookies. These delicious cookies are perfect for any Valentine’s Day celebration. Anything with butter in its name has to be good, I can’t wait to try some of these! Recipe link here: Butter Sprite Cookies!

Holiday has always loved Valentine’s Day because it celebrates love! He decides to host a Galentine’s dinner for a group of his favorite girls. She created this beautiful blush pink and gold table. Instead of placemats running along the sides of the table, he used two table runners. I love this idea! Click here for more Valentine’s Day inspiration from this post.

Just after New Year’s, Holliday hosted a wine-tasting dinner for some of her closest friends. Since they were tasting several wines, he decided to use red for the table setting. To create extra drama, she used all red flowers for the centerpiece. Her all one color can be used for many occasions including Valentine’s Day. It’s a beautiful table and I’m sure her friends love it as much as I do!

Our family usually likes to spend Valentine’s Day together at water parks in big cities, but since we can’t do that this year, I wanted to make something special at home. We love setting a pretty table for dinner for no reason, so I thought a Valentine’s Day table top setting would be a fun surprise for my girls! This post contains affiliate links. Pink, white and gold table I am grateful for some gorgeous pampas grass and other dry and preserved flowers from Luxe B pampas grass. These beautiful soft grasses in shades of pink and ivory really set the stage for this dining room look. (P.S. Use code 20% off at Luxe B from their website or Etsy shop!) In addition to being a love letter to my daughter, I want this Valentine’s Day table cover to be a love letter to some of my favorite small businesses. Have a letter I only used pampas grass, bleached eucalyptus, and pink bunny tail from Luxe B Pampas Grass (who just opened a store near Edmonton), I also added… from Crown & Fox Boutique Everlasting candles and candies Stony Plain…beautiful gold flatware from The Cross Designs, pink napkins and marble heart coasters…vintage pink glassware from my favorite vintage store, useful things in Parkland County. I really love how all these elements come together, all the pastel colors make me (and my girls!) smile. I grabbed this warm silver rug. It’s a very neutral background for all the pink in this space, and it’s so silky smooth on the feet! I think my warm wooden desk helps keep the room cool, and I still love my DIY chairs! Our family had candy, candles and a special dinner here this week and I can’t wait to enjoy Valentine’s again this weekend! Tomorrow, I’ll be sharing how I made these personalized little pampas grass jars for my girls, so please check back.
