Wedding Table Decoration Ideas Pinterest – Real-life DIY wedding decoration examples from Pinterest (the end result is not just a planned photo!).
I don’t know a single woman who isn’t on Pinterest and I’d say almost everyone has a “marriage” board, even if they aren’t getting married in the near future. This actually makes perfect sense because Pinterest has absolutely amazing things on their site that you probably wouldn’t have thought of on your own and gives you a way to remember all kinds of things in the future. I personally have a board for almost every category (I think I’m kidding? You can see for yourself here).

However, when it comes to the wedding side of Pinterest, what you usually see is the product version For an article/magazine, or something prepared by a wedding planner or decorator Basically, professional people revolve around marriage This means that when they are called “pins”, they look as perfect as possible Sure some of them show you a step-by-step (and I use that word) process to make some of the decorations you get, but most of the time they’re simple and you’ll be amazed at what happened. When you give it to yourself
So earlier this month I was lucky enough to be a maid of honor at my best friends wedding and most of the decorations for the reception after the ceremony were done by the bride, her parents and groomsmen. Since I blog about different wedding DIYs every week, I thought it would be a good idea to see how they look by people who have never done anything like this and are learning on the fly.
But actions, and in this case, pictures, speak louder than words so go ahead and see for yourself
As you can see, these are the cutest centerpieces available on Pinterest and you might look at them and think, oh that’s not hard to create! But what some people forget, there are a lot of details and a lot of ingredients to make these centerpieces and basically any type of decoration you can find online. For example, the bride had to get burlap, twine, lace, candles, wood (cut before or after), vases, wine bottles, the list goes on! So what I’ve seen before (and I speak from personal experience) is that some people just don’t realize how much it takes to get the same results, so they get frustrated and give up.
I had no friends and with the help of her family and wedding party, she created absolutely stunning decorations for her outdoor reception.

Another thing the bride decided to do herself after being inspired by Pinterest was her hashtag.
Personally, and again this could be because I’m biased towards the whole situation, but I’ve researched a ton of “Jenga Unknown Books” while writing this blog and I’d say he’s done pretty well.
So, I hope this has given you the confidence to take the big step and decide to do your own decorating I highly recommend it Not only will you ensure that you get exactly what you want for your wedding, but you’ll be proud of yourself and have the added benefit of feeling accomplished. It’s a win-win situation!
